The search is now on to find the new Face of FIT.

Last year, Herefordshire Society and the Hereford Times ran a competition to find two models to represent FIT, Hereford’s leading stockist of cutting-edge fashion.

The winners from an impressive field were Emily Jones and Samai Chichester, who have enjoyed a fabulous year and discovered new challenges while embracing new opportunities.

“It’s really been life-changing for me,” says Emily. “I was working in a bar when I entered and I’d still be there if I hadn’t won the competition. I’ve got a new job, new friends and a new outlook.”.

Now it’s time to look for two new models to be the Faces of FIT for 2012, so if you are 16 or over and think you’ve got what it takes, or if you think your friend/ daughter/ niece or next-door-neighbour could be the next Face of FIT, we want to know.

Samai and Emily are living proof that you have to be in it to win it, and as Samai says: “You have absolutely nothing to lose, and a whole bunch to gain.”

Luke Conod, managing director of FIT agrees. He said: “The number and standard of entrants were really high and it was tough to pick our final models but it was a fantastic opportunity for us to find local talent to star in our marketing,” he said.
