  • ONE HEREFORD JEANS RETAILER CERTAINLY IS – BOTH IN-STORE AND ON-LINE!

“It’s tough on the High Street right now” says Luke Conod, Managing Director of family owned business, Jeans Nation in Eign Gate, Hereford. “But our internet activity has enabled us to grow the business at over 30% each year for the past 8 years.”

Despite stories of retail doom and gloom from High Street stores one Hereford retailer has proudly bucked the trend and is enjoying continued growth.

“Our business hasn’t just grown, it’s rocketed up over the last few years” said Luke. Luke and his family took over the Hereford business just 8 years ago.

“We’ve worked hard to make Jeans Nation in Hereford one of Levi’s biggest independent retailers in the country and our website www.buyjeans.co.uk is one of the UK’s only official online Levi’s shops,” Luke reports. “Our main success and growth has come from Internet sales – from our Fashion website www.buyjeans.co.uk which sells all the well known jeans and accessory brands – Levis, Bench, Lee, Wrangler, Ben Sherman, DrunknMunky, Lee Cooper, Dockers Khakis, Pepe and Scotch & Soda, and we’re constantly adding even more big name brands, both in-store and on-line”.

www.buyjeans.co.uk was one of the first fashion retailers in the UK to advertise on Facebook.com, reaching another half-million potential customers a day. They are leaders in their field.

Although 85% of Jeans Nation business comes from sales on the Internet they continue to develop their High Street presence and have just opened up their 12th outlet in Yorkshire. They are well on target to achieve sales of
1,000,000 garments by the end of this year.

Fast outgrowing their retail shop in Eign Gate, Hereford, the Jeans Nation on-line team moved to a purpose built warehouse and despatch facility on the outskirts of the City. It’s a hive of activity and has continued to grow.

Extra staff have been recruited in order to cope with continued increase in demand on-line and at Jeans Nation’s flagship store in Eign Gate.

“Our staff are passionate about our brands and Jeans Nation” said Luke. “We are confident that our customer service is second to none!”
